Louis Vuitton VS "The Hangover"

In 2011, the fashion house of Louis Vuitton sued the Warner Bros company for its use of counterfeit Louis Vuitton luggage in the movie : "The Hangover Part II". The label wanted all copies of the movie to be removed from sale and profits from the film. The controversial scene takes place in an airport, where Alan (played by Zach Galifianakis), carries an imitation of the original LV bag, saying "Careful, that's a Louis Vuitton", and pronounces the house's name wrong. Yesterday, the New York court decided to dismiss the case, desipite the Louis Vuitton company complaints.
